Mix hamburger with seasonings well in into a lump, pat into patties, shape using a lid the size you want. You can tell how well done by how firm the burger is. Suggestion is to cook all the way through but you do you.

Golden Ribs

Golden Ribs This is one of my family’s favorite recipes I do with Ribs for the grill. It a great mixture of spice meets sweet. It all to taste through. I just came up with what to mix together one day , tried it and boom! Success and I wonder why my kids call my kitchen my lab.

What you need:

Pork Rib ( I do Country Style) Brown Spicy Mustard 1 TSP fresh Garlic Your Favorite BBQ Sauce Cheyenne Pepper Black Pepper Honey Brown Sugar Touch of salt Paprika Creole Seasoning

I boil my ribs to just about done in the same spices I uses in the mix. I mix everything together a little bit at a time until I get the exact favor I want.

Once the ribs are ready for the grill. My husband takes them out , drains them, then sets on the grill for a few minutes on either side and then adds my mix on eiter side and blam! Great tastey Ribs.
